An hour and a half wait which would have been fine if the food was hot but it was freezing the parmo looked like it was last weeks so inedible and the full meal was freezing never again

On your app for 2x10” there is no option for London so on the fancy something extra added London with garlic received a margarita so something you need to look into I would have ordered extra chips if I had know

Absolutely shocking I ordered Stockton because we don’t like Thornaby. We got a text to say order on way 1/2 hour later still no food so I rang to see where it was n they forgot so they said it will be there soon and apologised which is fine. Next thing our food came from THORNABY if I wanted Thornaby I’d have gone for it myself instead of paying delivery. Opened our food the parmo wasn’t what I ordered. Pizza doughy garlic runny chips were cold and hard. Like I said if I wanted Thornaby I would have ordered from there! Won’t be going again Pressed 1 star by mistake !
